TERMS OF SERVICE

Renew+Refresh Clinic 2026

Please take a few minutes to review these Terms of Service. They outline what to expect when booking, attending, cancelling, and paying for appointments at Renew+Refresh, and form part of the agreement between you and the clinic when you book a service with us.

1. Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
  • Bookings of two (2) hours or more must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number and expiry date, or a gift card/certificate number.
  • We will send an appointment reminder by email, text, or phone call approximately 48 hours before your appointment. Reminders are a courtesy and do not replace your responsibility to track your own appointments.
  • Please complete any required intake or consent forms ahead of time through our online portal. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete them in person.
  • We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, your treatment time may be shortened, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely or effectively complete the treatment. Appointments rescheduled due to late arrival are subject to our cancellation policy below.
  • If you are running behind schedule, please call us at 403-981-7600 as soon as possible so we can let you know your options.


2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged $25.00 for each hour of the scheduled appointment.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged $50.00, or $25.00 for each scheduled hour, whichever is greater, to the credit card on file.
  • If you do not show up for an appointment booked under a package or promotion, the service will be forfeited from your package.
  • These policies allow us to offer your appointment time to another client and to fairly compensate our staff for reserved time. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or another unavoidable circumstance, please let us know as soon as possible — we are happy to work with you to find a solution and, where appropriate, may waive the cancellation fee.

 

3. Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, e-transfer, cash, and Renew+Refresh gift cards.

 

4. Refunds, Returns & Gift Cards

  • In accordance with Alberta’s Gift Card Regulation, gift cards with a stored monetary value sold by Renew + Refresh do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.
  • Gift cards and pre-paid packages are non-refundable for cash, but may be transferred toward other products or services of equal value.
  • Pre-paid promotional service packages (which represent a specific service rather than a stored monetary value) must be purchased in full and are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
  • Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon, and/or offer, and have no cash value.
  • All skincare and retail products are final sale. We are happy to provide samples for you to try before purchasing, upon request.

 

5. Results & Service Expectations

We make every effort to ensure clients have realistic expectations of what a treatment can achieve, and our team will discuss expected outcomes with you before treatment. While we strive for the best possible results, outcomes can vary between individuals. We do not provide cash refunds on completed services; however, if you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us — we are committed to working with you to help you achieve the results you’re looking for.

 

6. General

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or check-out.
