MEET THE FOUNDER
Meet Jes, our founder, whose passion for skin health and lasers spans over two decades. Originally from Calgary, she spent 18 years working internationally, gaining firsthand experience with the diverse skin concerns across cultures. As a professional constantly jetting from country to country, she witnessed early on how lifestyle can impact one’s skin, both positively and negatively.
Renew+Refresh was founded by Jes when she found that the industry lacked the level of support for her core values of safety and transparency. Our skin is the first thing others notice, and it tells the story of our lives—some aspects we wish to showcase and others we prefer to keep private. Given that the skin is our body’s largest organ, maintaining its health is crucial for feeling good in our own skin.
While our spa offers over 99 services, our primary objective is to bring the best in skin health and align it with your natural, unique beauty. When Jes isn’t at the spa, you can find her on large construction sites or spending quality time with her family and many pets.
