Lovely facility and the staff were excellent!
Jes was amazing and incredibly helpful with making me feel at ease and comfortable with sharing my experience that led to needing treatment. She was empathetic and supportive even when I got a little too emotional over my situation during the consulation. She advised me on a path forward with complete candor and even veered me away from treatments I thought I needed, rather then taking advantage of my ignorance for profit. Which, I might add, many other places would have done. I would highly recommend Renew and Refresh for your beauty needs and for any guidance on a path forward for treatments you may be looking into. I would give ten stars if I could!
