This was my first time at their new location and Crystal was so helpful on the phone. Emma was my practitioner and is very knowledgeable and honest. I had booked a consultant appointment to inquire about two facials I was interested in. Unfortunately my face was peeling a bit from my personal use of Dr Zo retinol at home. Therefore Emma said she could not do the brightening facial I had wanted and since I had just recently had a Hydrafacial she suggested I wait another month or so, therefore not just “taking my money”. So we proceeded with my eye brow & eye lash tint and she made sure they were dark enough for my liking. I never felt pressured to purchase any products afterwards but I was assisted when I had questions about Latisse eyelash serum. This is a very clean, professional environment, you wont be disappointed.

I saw Courtney at Refresh and renew. She's is well educated in her field and answered all of my questions. I am extremely happy with the service she provided and I will be back again!

I had my first ever Hydrofacial with Emma today and I can not say enough wonderful things. Emma was so friendly, professional, and informative. She made me feel comfortable and eased my insecurities about my skin problems. Post treatment my skin feels amazing! I can not wait to return for future treatments 🙂 Jenelle

This was my first experience with having a facial. Emma performed a medical grade facial on me today. She was awesome and very knowledgeable. She explained every step to me and double checking with me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I was thrilled with the results and will be sure to follow up on her recommendation to have a hydrafacial before Christmas. The premises are super clean and attractive. I would recommend Emma at Renew & Refresh to anyone who requires this type of service, but also to someone like me who just needed a ‘pick me up’.

Had a massage by Brett Enns whom is terrific and very knowledgeable and helps me tremendously. Wouldnt be walking without his help. Soooo much better than Physio. He believes in hands on therapy and not putting you on machines for half your appointment! Highly ethical!♥️
